quotecloud_validate_authoring_plan

Purely validate insert/update/move/delete block steps against a quotecloud_inspect_structure snapshot. Validation is against the SUPPLIED snapshot; re-run inspect_structure immediately before applying because concurrent edits invalidate it. A snapshot with contentMode data_file_blob is rejected with data_file_blob_block_authoring_unsupported, because such documents have no per-block revisions to plan against. Detached containers and columns are diagnostic only and cannot be insert/move targets until re-attached. Reports unknown types, placement/ordering errors, stale revisions, missing fields, unpublished payload schemas, and unavailable add-on gates without changing the document.
