quotecloud_patch_spreadsheet

Patch spreadsheet sheets, cells, and ranges in the fine-grained model. Every existing row requires its expected revision, and a sheet must be empty before deletion. Only a document whose contentMode is fine_grained has these rows; on a data_file_blob document the addressed block is reported as block_not_found.
