quotecloud_apply_structure_patch

Atomically apply ordered page, section, container, column, and block operations to the document structure returned by quotecloud_inspect_structure. Insert payloads must carry a stable id; use quotecloud_get_authoring_schema for canonical defaults. Sections are derived page groups: insertSection creates a page with newSection=true, moveSection moves the contiguous group, and deleteSection removes that group. Operations are all-or-nothing and checked against revisionToken. Calls containing a delete operation require confirmation.
