Read a document's structure in either storage model and report which one it is. `contentMode` is `fine_grained` when the content lives in Convex rows (per-element `revision` values are present and usable for authoring plans) or `data_file_blob` when the whole document is one JSON file in storage (every `revision` is null; block insert/update/move/delete planning is unavailable). Always returns the page/container/column/block tree: never an empty `pages` array beside a populated `settings.pageOrder`, and empty containers and columns are kept: plus `content` with normalized pricing tables (stable row ids and typed label/description/sku/price/quantity/term/tax/discount fields), text targets addressable by `blockLinkId`, and a document-level `revisionToken` to pass back on writes. Pricing rows whose stored data carries no id report `id: null`, `addressable: false`, and are listed in `content.unaddressablePricingRows`; they cannot be targeted by a write. If a data_file_blob cannot be read, `dataFileBlobStatus` names the reason instead of silently omitting content, and a document written while it is being read answers 409 data_file_blob_read_conflict rather than pairing stale content with a current revisionToken.
