quotecloud_check_pricing_rules

Validate every pricing row the document actually has: Convex pricing rows/cells and rows stored inside a data_file_blob alike: for empty tables, required labels, finite price/quantity/term/tax data, malformed row shapes, discount sanity, SKU gaps, and one-off versus recurring consistency. Reports `contentMode` and a `totalsCrossCheck` against QC_documentMetrics (skipped, with `skippedReason`, when a row prices in a way the cross-check cannot evaluate, such as tax-inclusive rows or additions columns). Content that could not be enumerated: a data_file_blob that failed to read: is a blocking error naming the reason, never a clean pass over zero rows. Requires documents:validate; no side effects.
