Re-fetch live authoring state, re-run validation server-side, compare touched parent revisions with the supplied snapshot, then apply the plan atomically in one Convex mutation. dryRun acquires no authoring lease, lock, or session and never changes document content, but its report can become stale immediately. Plans containing deletes require confirmation; the registry marks this tool dangerous so the shared dispatcher can enforce that policy.
