quotecloud_check_quote_margin

Estimate margin from the active pricing rows of a fine_grained or data_file_blob document plus product cost data, using the stored margin only as a labeled fallback for a single pricing table. Reports `contentMode`, cost coverage, profit, provenance, threshold warnings, and a `totalsCrossCheck` comparing QC_documentMetrics with the totals implied by the rows read (divergence is a warning, never an error; the comparison is skipped with a `skippedReason` when a row prices in a way it cannot evaluate). Requires documents:validate; no side effects.
