quotecloud_move_block

Move one block using the exact validated target/position grammar. PDF targets require placement pdf-overlay, target.pageId plus target.pdfSubpageId from quotecloud_inspect_structure, and normalized overlay geometry. Moving away from a PDF removes its PDF overlay geometry. Checks block, source-parent, and target-parent revisions and acquires all corresponding locks.
