FAQs
How do I change the order of itinerary segments in QuoteCloud?
Open the travel document in QuoteCloud, identify the itinerary segment you want to move, right-click that segment to open the context menu, then choose the movement option (Block Up or Block Down). The document will refresh and display the segment in its new position. This process is performed inside QuoteCloud's document editor, part of its sales proposal and quote software.
How do I move an itinerary segment upward or downward?
Right-click directly on the itinerary segment to open the segment context menu. To move the segment higher in the document, select Block Up. To move it lower, select Block Down. The segment will reposition immediately and the itinerary order will update.
Will the itinerary update automatically after I reorder segments?
Yes. After you move a segment using the context menu, QuoteCloud automatically refreshes the itinerary and displays all segments in their newly arranged order so recipients see a logical travel flow.
Can I reorder multiple itinerary segments at once?
The guide shows using the context menu to move individual segments. To reposition multiple segments, repeat the same right-click → Block Up/Block Down steps for each segment until the itinerary is in the desired order.
Can I use a two-column layout with itinerary segments or on a document page in QuoteCloud?
Yes—QuoteCloud supports two-column layouts on document pages. You can place itinerary blocks, images, pricing, or descriptions in a two-column structure to create a cleaner, more readable travel proposal. This is useful when creating proposals or quotes inside sales quoting software and sales proposal software.
Which content types work best in a two-column layout for proposals and quotes?
Two-column layouts work well with short text blocks and images, itinerary summaries, pricing tables, feature lists, and contact or timeline information. In QuoteCloud's quote software and proposal software, use two columns to balance visual elements (photos, maps) with concise details (dates, times, prices) for faster reader comprehension.
Will a two-column layout export correctly to PDF and display in email previews?
Yes. QuoteCloud’s two-column layouts are designed to export correctly to PDF and render in email previews. As with any document, preview the PDF and email view before sending to confirm formatting and layout look correct for your recipients.
Can I reorder itinerary segments inside templates and branded proposals?
Yes. The same reorder steps (right-click the segment and use Block Up/Block Down) apply when editing templates or branded proposal documents. Reordering helps you maintain a logical itinerary flow across standard templates used for quotes and proposals.
