Open the passenger management area
Inside the Booking Details section, click the Passengers button. This opens the passenger management form where new passenger records can be added or updated.Enter passenger information
Complete the passenger form with the required details including title, passenger type, first name, last name, email, and contact information. Additional fields such as visa information and comments can also be added when required.Save the passenger record
After entering the passenger details, click the Save Passenger button. QuoteCloud will automatically add the passenger to the itinerary booking information.Review the added passenger
The passenger will now appear under the Passengers section within the booking details area. Passenger information is displayed directly alongside the itinerary and booking records.Edit or remove passenger details
Hover over the passenger record to reveal the available controls. Use the Edit option to update passenger information or the Delete option to remove the passenger from the itinerary.

Yes. When you save a passenger record, QuoteCloud adds or updates that passenger inside the booking information and displays the record alongside the itinerary and booking records so generated itineraries and related documents reflect the latest traveller details.
Can I add passengers to more than one booking or copy passengers between itineraries?
Passenger records are managed inside each booking’s Booking Details. To add a passenger to another booking or itinerary, open that booking’s Booking Details and repeat the add process. If you need to reuse passenger data across multiple itineraries, consider exporting or using your organisation’s contact templates where available.
