FAQs
How do I rename and move a template in QuoteCloud?
To rename and move a template, locate the template in your library and click the three-dot options icon, choose "Rename & Move" to open the Editing Template dialog, enter the new name in the Template Title field, select the destination Template Category from the dropdown, then click Save. These steps keep your template library organized for faster quoting and proposal creation in your sales quoting software.
Why should I rename or move templates in my QuoteCloud library?
Renaming and moving templates helps you maintain a clean, searchable library so your team can quickly find the right quote or proposal. Well-organized templates reduce version confusion, speed up document creation in quote software and proposal software, and improve consistency across sales proposals.
Can I move a template to a new category when using Rename & Move?
The Rename & Move dialog lets you select an existing Template Category from a dropdown. If you need a brand-new category, create it first in the Template Categories area of QuoteCloud, then use Rename & Move to place templates into that new category.
Where can I find the QuoteCloud Help Center?
You can access the Help Center from the QuoteCloud application (look for the Help or Support link in the header/footer or main menu) or visit the Help Center on the QuoteCloud website. The Help Center houses guides and support tools for the platform, including template management in sales proposal software.
What resources are available in the Help Center?
The Help Center includes step-by-step articles, FAQs, video tutorials, training materials, and integration guides (for example, QuickBooks Online). It covers template management, document generation, and using QuoteCloud as your sales quoting software and sales proposal software.
How do I submit a support request and can I track it?
Submit a support request from the Help Center or the in-app support link using the support form or your support email. After submission you can usually track the status through the support portal or by replying to confirmation emails; check the Help Center for specific support tracking procedures.
Are training materials available to help my team learn template management?
Yes. The Help Center provides training materials such as quick-start guides, walkthrough videos, and webinar recordings that explain how to rename, move, and organize templates so your team can efficiently use the quote software and proposal software features.
What should I do if the Help Center doesn't open or if there may be a system outage?
If the Help Center won’t open, try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using another browser or device. If issues persist, contact support via the in-app contact option or email. For broader outages or service issues, check the QuoteCloud status page or the Help Center announcement area for updates.
