FAQs
How do I filter templates by category in QuoteCloud?
Open the Templates section from the left-hand navigation, find the Template Categories panel on the left, and click the category you want (for example Proposals or Quotes). The template gallery will automatically refresh to display only templates that belong to the selected category.
Which template categories can I browse in QuoteCloud?
QuoteCloud includes common categories such as Proposals and Quotes plus any other categories your organization has enabled. Select a category in the Template Categories panel to quickly view templates specific to that document type. This makes finding proposal software and quote software templates fast and predictable.
Can I filter templates to only show proposals or quotes?
Yes. Click the Proposals category to view only proposal templates, or click the Quotes category to view only quote templates. This is useful when using QuoteCloud as sales quoting software or sales proposal software because it helps you find the right document layout quickly.
Can I apply multiple category filters at once or further narrow results?
The Template Categories panel is designed to show templates by the category you select. To further narrow results, use the template search, tags, or other built-in filtering controls (if available in your account) to refine by keyword, author, or custom attributes.
Where can I find the Help Center in QuoteCloud?
You can access the Help Center from within QuoteCloud by using the app’s Help or Support menu (typically accessible from the main navigation or footer). The Help Center is also reachable from most pages in the app so you can get guidance while working on templates and documents.
What resources are available in the Help Center?
The Help Center contains step-by-step guides, FAQs, troubleshooting articles, training materials, and how-to videos covering topics like filtering templates, using proposal software features, and integrating quote software with other tools. It’s the primary place for self-service help and product documentation.
How do I submit a support request and can I track it?
Submit a support request through the Help Center’s support form or support menu. After you submit, you’ll typically receive a confirmation and can view the status of your request through the support portal or by following up with the support contact provided in the confirmation email.
What should I do if the Help Center doesn't open or I suspect a system outage?
If the Help Center won’t open, try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or opening QuoteCloud in an incognito/private window. If problems persist, check your organization’s status or service notifications (if available) and contact support directly to report the issue so they can confirm any outages and assist you further.
