FAQs
How do I edit a product in QuoteCloud?
Open the Product Catalogue, click the product row you want to edit to open the product editor, modify the required product details, then click Save to apply your changes.
Key steps: 1) Open the product; 2) Update product information (name, pricing, categories, SKU, quantity settings, etc.); 3) Review your changes; 4) Save the product to update the Product Catalogue.
What product details can I update when editing a product?
You can modify core product information such as the product name, pricing, SKU, categories, quantity settings and other custom fields configured in your Product Catalogue.
Keeping these fields accurate helps ensure your sales quoting software and sales proposal software generate correct quotes and proposals.
Will edits to a product automatically update existing quotes or proposals?
Saving a product updates it in your Product Catalogue. How those updates affect existing quotes or proposals depends on your QuoteCloud account settings and workflow.
If you need changes applied to already-issued quotes or proposals, review the specific quote or proposal or contact support for guidance on your account behavior before making bulk edits.
Where can I find the QuoteCloud Help Center?
The Help Center is accessible from within QuoteCloud — look for the Help or Support link in the app header or navigation to open the Help Center from any page.
If you cannot find it, use the app’s Support or Help menu or contact your account administrator for direct links and access permissions.
What resources are available in the Help Center?
The Help Center contains product guides, step‑by‑step tutorials (including how to edit products), training materials, FAQs, and instructions for submitting support requests.
It also includes information about integrations (for example, QuoteCloud’s QuickBooks Online integration) and guidance on using document generation features in proposal software and quote software workflows.
How do I submit and track a support request?
Submit a support request via the Help Center’s Support or Contact form. Provide product details, screenshots, and steps to reproduce the issue to speed resolution.
After submission you can track the status of your ticket in the Help Center or support portal; sign in with the same account you used to submit the request to view updates and replies.
Are training materials available to help my team use QuoteCloud?
Yes — the Help Center offers training materials and guides to help onboarding and ongoing use, covering product management, creating quotes and proposals, and integrations.
These resources are useful for administrators and sales teams who rely on QuoteCloud as their quote software and proposal software solution.
What should I do if the Help Center doesn't open or if I suspect a system outage?
If the Help Center won’t open, first try basic troubleshooting: refresh the page, clear your browser cache, or try a different browser or device.
If issues persist, check QuoteCloud’s system status page (if available) or submit a support request via email/phone. Include error messages, the time the issue occurred, and any screenshots to help the support team diagnose outages or service issues quickly.
