Steps to sign a document in person
Locate the document
Find the document you want to sign in person. The document must have at least one recipient assigned before signing can begin.Open the document options menu
Click the ellipsis ( ... ) button beside the document to view additional document actions.Select Sign Document In Person
From the available options, click Sign Document In Person to begin the in-person signing process.Choose the active signer
Select the recipient who will sign the document and click Sign as to continue.Open the signing view
The document will open in the document viewer. Click the Sign Document button to start signing.Navigate to the signature field
QuoteCloud will take you to the signature location. Click the Sign Here field to add the recipient's signature.Create the signature
In the signature window, choose whether to draw, type, or upload a signature image. Enter or create the signature as required.Apply the signature
Click the Sign button to apply the signature and complete the signing process.
