Steps to revise the latest document version
Locate the document
Find the document you want to revise from your Documents list.Open more actions
Click the ellipsis ( ... ) or More actions button beside the document to reveal additional options.Select Revise Last Version
From the document actions menu, click Revise Last Version to create a new editable revision.Edit the revised document
