Steps to share a document link
Select the document
Locate and select the document you want to share from your Documents list.Open the document options menu
Click the ellipsis ( ... ) button beside the document to view additional actions.Select Share Link
From the available options, click Share Link to open the document sharing window.Copy the general document link
Ensure the General Link is active, then click Copy to copy the shareable document URL to your clipboard.Generate a recipient-specific link
To create a personalized link, click the recipient dropdown under Links for Recipients .Select the recipient
Choose the recipient email address from the list to generate a unique link for that specific recipient.Copy the recipient link
Click the Copy button next to the generated recipient link to copy it to your clipboard.Share the link
Paste the copied URL into an email, message, or other communication channel to provide document access.
