Steps to save a document as a template
Locate the document
Find the document you want to convert into a reusable template from your Documents list.Open more actions
Click the ellipsis ( ... ) or More actions button beside the document to display additional document options.Select Save as Template
From the document actions menu, click Save as Template to convert the selected document into a reusable template.Confirm template creation
Wait for the confirmation message indicating that the document has been successfully converted into a template.Use the template for future documents
