Steps to copy the latest document version
Locate the document
Find the document whose latest version you want to duplicate from your Documents list.Open more actions
Click the ellipsis ( ... ) or More actions button beside the document to display additional document options.Select Copy Last Version
From the document actions menu, click Copy Last Version to duplicate the most recent version of the document.Open the copied document
A new tab will open in the document editor containing a copy of the latest document version.Edit the copied version
Review and modify the copied document as needed. The new document will have its own record while preserving the original version.
