FAQs
How do I create and apply a Canva page background in QuoteCloud?
Open the page background settings for your document inside QuoteCloud and choose the option to open the Canva editor. Design your background in Canva, then click "Return to QuoteCloud." The finished design will be inserted and applied automatically to the selected page.
This quick flow is built into QuoteCloud to speed up branded document creation when using sales quoting software or sales proposal software.
Can I edit the Canva background after applying it to the page?
Yes. After the Canva background is added to your page you can make adjustments with QuoteCloud’s built‑in image editor. From the page background settings open the image editor to crop, resize, or adjust brightness/contrast without reopening Canva.
Use the image editor for small tweaks and return to Canva only when you need more complex design changes.
Will QuoteCloud automatically apply the Canva design to the page?
Yes. When you finish designing in Canva and click "Return to QuoteCloud," the design is inserted and applied to the selected page automatically—there’s no separate import step. This saves time when preparing documents in your quote software or proposal software.
Can I use the same Canva-designed background across multiple pages?
Yes. After insertion the background image becomes available in your uploads or recent designs inside QuoteCloud. You can select that same image again to apply an identical background to any other page in your document.
Is creating a page background in Canva the same as creating images for my documents?
Yes—the flow is similar. Both start by opening Canva from the appropriate settings (page background or image). After designing, click "Return to QuoteCloud" and the asset will be inserted. The main difference is where you open Canva: use page background settings for full-page backgrounds and the image controls for inline or component images.
Where can I find the Canva design after I insert it into QuoteCloud?
Once inserted, the design appears on the selected page and the image file is stored in your uploads or recent designs within QuoteCloud. You can reapply it later from those locations when building other pages or new documents.
How does Canva integration help my sales documents and proposals?
Canva integration lets you create polished, brand-consistent page backgrounds without leaving QuoteCloud—ideal when using sales quoting software or proposal software. It streamlines design work, speeds up document production, and ensures your quotes and proposals look professional and consistent.
Do I need to reopen Canva for every design change?
Not always. For minor edits (crop, resize, brightness/contrast) use QuoteCloud’s built‑in image editor. Reopen Canva only when you need more substantial design changes to the background.
