FAQs
How do I open the Canva editor from QuoteCloud to create a PDF page?
Open the page options for the document page where you want to add a Canva design and choose the Canva editor. That launches Canva directly from QuoteCloud so you can design a new page or import an existing PDF. When you finish in Canva, return to QuoteCloud and insert the finished page into your document layout — a fast way to add custom collateral to your sales quoting software or proposal software workflow.
Can I import an existing PDF into Canva and embed it into my QuoteCloud document?
Yes. Upload or import an existing PDF into Canva, edit or reformat the page there, then export or finalize it and embed that finished page into your QuoteCloud document. This makes it easy to reuse predesigned materials inside your quote software or proposal software without rebuilding pages from scratch.
How do I embed a finished Canva PDF page into my QuoteCloud document?
After designing or importing the PDF page in Canva, go back to your QuoteCloud document and use the page options to insert the finished Canva page. The page is embedded directly into the document layout as its own page so it appears just like any other page in your quote or proposal created with QuoteCloud.
Can I embed multiple PDF pages from Canva into a single QuoteCloud document?
Yes. Create or upload multiple pages in Canva and embed each one separately. Each embedded PDF page will appear as a separate page in your QuoteCloud document, which is useful for assembling multi-page proposals, brochures, or other multi-page sales documents in your sales quoting software.
How do I replace or update an embedded Canva page in my document?
To update content, edit or redesign the page in Canva and then embed the updated version into QuoteCloud. For faster updates, keep the original design saved in your Canva account so you can quickly revise and re-export the new PDF page before inserting it back into your document.
What file formats should I use when designing pages in Canva for QuoteCloud?
Design and export your pages from Canva as PDFs for the smoothest embedding experience in QuoteCloud. PDFs preserve layout and typography, making them ideal for proposal software and quote software documents. If your design includes images, use high-resolution assets to ensure professional print and screen quality.
Will an embedded Canva page keep my brand look and layout inside QuoteCloud?
Yes — an embedded Canva page appears as its own page inside your QuoteCloud document, so your branding, colors, and layout are preserved when you export from Canva as a PDF. To ensure consistent results across your quotes and proposals, match page size, margins, and fonts in Canva to your QuoteCloud templates before embedding.
What are best practices for using Canva pages with my sales quoting and sales proposal software?
Create reusable Canva templates for common collateral, keep original designs in your Canva account for quick edits, export pages as PDFs, and test the embedded pages inside QuoteCloud before sending to clients. These steps help you deliver polished, branded quotes and proposals while saving time in your sales quoting software and proposal software workflows.
