FAQs
How do I add a Canva image to a Gallery Block in QuoteCloud?
Open the Gallery Block settings in your QuoteCloud document and launch the built‑in Canva editor from there. Create or update your design inside Canva, then use the single action provided to insert the finished image back into the Gallery Block — the image will be added as an individual gallery item. This keeps you inside QuoteCloud’s editor workflow so you can build proposals and quotes without switching apps.
Can I edit a Canva image after adding it to a Gallery Block?
Yes. After inserting a Canva image into a Gallery Block you can use QuoteCloud’s built‑in image editor to crop, resize, or apply simple adjustments directly in the document editor.
Note: you cannot reopen that specific gallery image in Canva from the Gallery Block. To make Canva‑native edits you must create a new design in Canva and insert it again, or edit the inserted image inside QuoteCloud.
Can I add multiple Canva images to the same Gallery Block?
Yes. You can design and insert several images from Canva into the same Gallery Block. Each Canva design is added as its own gallery item, so you can showcase multiple visuals together in one organized layout — ideal for visual sections of sales quoting software and sales proposal software documents.
Can I mix Canva‑designed images with uploaded images in the same gallery?
Yes. A Gallery Block supports a combination of Canva‑designed images and images uploaded from your computer or selected from your media library. Mix Canva designs and uploaded files to create a cohesive gallery inside your quote or proposal.
Can I reorder images inside a Gallery Block?
Yes. Use the gallery controls in the document editor to rearrange gallery items — for example by dragging items or using the block’s reorder controls — so your client‑facing proposals and quote documents display images in the order you prefer.
If I update a design in Canva after inserting it into QuoteCloud, will the gallery image update automatically?
No. Once a Canva image is inserted into a Gallery Block it becomes a static gallery item inside QuoteCloud. To apply Canva changes you need to create or export the updated design in Canva and insert the new image into the Gallery Block again.
What image formats and sizes should I use when creating images in Canva for QuoteCloud?
QuoteCloud accepts standard web image formats inserted from Canva (for example PNG or JPEG). For best results, export images at web‑friendly resolutions and keep file sizes reasonable to ensure fast loading in your sales proposals, quote software, and gallery layouts.
Why use the Canva integration when building proposals and quotes in QuoteCloud?
The built‑in Canva integration lets you design polished visuals without leaving QuoteCloud, saving time and keeping your workflow inside your sales quoting software or sales proposal software. It’s ideal for creating branded graphics, product photos, and visual galleries that make proposals more compelling and professional.
