Will duplicated products keep the same SKUs, pricing, and categories?
When QuoteCloud creates duplicates, it copies the existing product details, including SKUs, pricing, and categories. It’s best practice to review and update those fields after duplication to avoid conflicts or confusion—especially SKU values—so your product catalogue stays accurate for sales quoting software and proposal software workflows.
Can I use duplication to create product variations or expand my Product Catalogue?
Yes. Duplicating multiple products is ideal for quickly creating product variations or expanding your Product Catalogue. After duplicating, update attributes like name, SKU, price, or category to reflect the new variation. This speeds up catalog management in quote software and proposal software environments.
Where is the bulk actions menu located and how do I select multiple products?
The bulk actions menu is accessed via the three-dot menu located in the table header of the Product Catalogue. To select multiple products, click the checkbox beside the first product and then tick the checkboxes beside each additional product you want included in the bulk action.
