Steps to permanently delete a document
Open the Trash folder
Navigate to the Dashboard and click the Trash option in the left-hand navigation panel to view deleted documents.Locate the document to remove
Find the deleted document you want to permanently remove from the system.Open the document actions menu
Click the More Actions button (three dots) on the far right side of the document row.Select Permanently Delete
From the actions menu, click Permanently Delete .Review the confirmation message
