Changing Records Per Page for Contract Plans
Customize how many Contract Plans are displayed on each page to improve navigation and make large plan libraries easier to browse.
Steps to change records per page
Locate the Records per Page control
Scroll to the bottom of the Contract Plans table and locate the Records per Page dropdown.Open the page size options
Click the dropdown arrow beside Records per Page to display the available page size options.Select the number of records
Choose one of the available options to specify how many Contract Plans should be displayed on each page.View the updated list
The Contract Plans list will automatically refresh and display the selected number of records per page.

How do I change the number of Contract Plans shown per page in QuoteCloud?
Open the Contract Plans table, scroll to the bottom and locate the Records per Page dropdown. Click the dropdown arrow, choose the number of records you want displayed, and the list will automatically refresh to show that many Contract Plans per page.
Where is the Records per Page control located?
The Records per Page control appears at the bottom of the Contract Plans table. It’s labeled “Records per Page” and contains a dropdown arrow that reveals available page-size options.
Will my selected records-per-page setting be saved between sessions?
Selecting a new page size immediately updates the Contract Plans list. Whether that setting persists across browser sessions can depend on your account settings or browser; if your preference doesn’t persist, you can reselect it when needed or contact QuoteCloud support or your admin for assistance.
I don’t see the Records per Page or Delete Plans options — do I need special permissions?
Some actions (like deleting plans or changing certain view settings) may be restricted by role-based permissions. If the Records per Page control or Delete Plans button is not visible, check with your QuoteCloud administrator to confirm your user role and permissions.
