QuoteCloudOperations & Diagnostics
The Operations & Diagnostics tab shows queued work and recent signals. It's for QC Admin. Each row shows the attempt count, next retry, last attempt, a support-safe error and a summary of the payload's shape.
The queue
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Queued and waiting to run. |
| Running | Being worked on now. |
| Failed | Failed, and the scheduler will retry at the next attempt time. |
| Dead letter | Out of attempts. It needs someone to review it. |
What you can do
Retry safely moves Failed or Dead letter work back to Pending, without changing its attempts or fingerprint. It needs QC Manage Diagnostics, and pressing it again does nothing.
Acknowledge failure writes an audit record. It doesn't change the queue or remove the error.
View document timeline shows the history for one document.
List views
Outbox has Open Queue and Failed & Dead Letter. Sync Logs has Failures and Diagnostics Actions.
Keep an eye on it
Admins can add the optional QuoteCloud Operations Utility to a desktop Lightning app's utility bar. It shows the connection result, open queue counts and the five most recently changed documents you can access. It refreshes every 30 to 300 seconds, and every 60 by default.
