How do I set a forecast month in QuoteCloud's Kanban view?
Open the Kanban (forecast) board, switch to the layout you prefer, then locate the forecast card for the opportunity you want to plan. Click the "Select month" dropdown on the forecast card, pick the desired month (for example, July 2026) and the card will be assigned to that forecast month. This makes pipeline planning more accurate for your sales quoting software and sales proposal software workflows.
Tip: You can use either single- or double-pane layouts to view more context while setting months.
How do I switch between single and double pane layouts?
Click the view toggle icon on the top of the Kanban/forecast screen to switch between single and double pane layouts. Single pane focuses on the board; double pane shows the board plus a detail pane for quick edits and previews — useful when you’re reviewing quotes or proposal drafts in your quote software or proposal software.
What should I do if I can't find the "Select month" dropdown or forecast card?
First confirm you are in the Forecast/Kanban view and that you have the appropriate permissions to edit opportunities. If the elements still don’t appear, try refreshing the page or switching the layout with the view toggle. If the issue persists, consult the Help Center or submit a support request so our team can check your account and settings.
