Delete Selected Documents
Learn how to delete one or more selected documents in QuoteCloud. The bulk delete feature allows you to quickly remove unwanted documents from your workspace while confirming the action before deletion.
Steps to delete selected documents
Select the first document
Locate the document you want to remove and click its checkbox to select it.Select additional documents
Click the checkboxes beside any additional documents you want to delete. Selected documents will be highlighted in the document table.Open the actions menu
Click the ellipsis (three dots) menu above the document table to access bulk document management options.Select Delete Documents
From the dropdown menu, click Delete Documents to begin the deletion process.Review the confirmation message
A confirmation window appears showing the number of selected documents that will be deleted.Confirm deletion
Click the Delete button in the confirmation dialog to permanently remove the selected documents.Verify the documents have been removed
The selected documents are deleted and no longer appear in the document list.
