Organize your Product Catalogue by sorting products using table column headers. Toggle between ascending, descending, and the default table order.
Steps to sort products
Select a column to sort
Click the header of the column you want to sort, such as Price , Name , or another sortable column.View the ascending order
The first click sorts the table in ascending order. An ascending sort icon will appear next to the selected column header.Switch to descending order
Click the same column header again to sort the products in descending order. The sort icon will update to indicate the new direction.Clear the sorting
Click the same column header a third time to remove the sorting and restore the table's default order.Review the updated table
The Product Catalogue will automatically refresh after each click, displaying the products in the selected sort order.

How do I sort products using table columns in QuoteCloud?
To sort products, click the header of the column you want to order (for example Price or Name). The first click sorts the table in ascending order and shows an ascending sort icon next to the header. Which Product Catalogue columns can I sort?
You can sort any column that displays a sortable icon—common examples include Price and Name. Other columns in the table may also be sortable depending on your catalogue configuration. If a column header does not show a sort icon, that column is not sortable in the current view.
How do I clear sorting and return to the default table order?
To clear sorting, click the same column header you used to sort a third time. The third click removes the sort and restores the Product Catalogue to its default table order. The table will automatically refresh to reflect the default ordering.
Does sorting change my product records or only the current view?
Sorting only changes the way products are displayed in the current Product Catalogue view; it does not modify product data or permanently reorder records. Use sorting to organise the table while building quotes and proposals without altering underlying product entries.
