FAQs
How do I filter products using table columns in QuoteCloud?
Open the Product Catalogue and use the filter field located beneath the column heading you want to search (for example Name, SKU, or Price). Type your search value into that column filter and the catalogue will automatically refresh to show matching products.
These table column filters make it quick to find items when building quotes and proposals in your sales quoting software or proposal software.
Which product columns can I filter by (Name, SKU, Price)?
You can filter by columns that appear in the Product Catalogue, such as Name, SKU, Price, and any other columns your account has enabled. Each column with a filter field lets you enter search criteria specific to that attribute.
If you need to filter by a custom attribute that isn’t visible, check your catalogue settings or contact support for help adding the column.
Can I combine multiple column filters to narrow results?
Yes. Apply filters across multiple columns at the same time to further narrow the list of matching products. For example, filter by Category and Price range or by Name and SKU together to quickly locate the exact product you need.
Combining filters is especially helpful when generating complex quotes or using QuoteCloud as your primary quote software.
Do filters update automatically when I enter search criteria?
Yes. When you type into a column filter the Product Catalogue automatically refreshes and displays only the products that match your search criteria, so you see results in real time without extra clicks.
Where can I find the Help Center if I need more guidance?
The Help Center is accessible from within QuoteCloud. Look for the Help or Support link in the app to open the Help Center for step‑by‑step articles, training materials, and support options.
If you can’t find the Help Center in the app, contact your account administrator or QuoteCloud support for the direct link.
What resources are available in the Help Center?
The Help Center includes searchable help articles, step‑by‑step guides (like filtering products using table columns), training materials, FAQs, and options to submit support requests. It also points to status or outage information when available.
These resources are useful whether you’re using QuoteCloud for sales quoting software, sales proposal software, or general quote and proposal software tasks.
How do I submit a support request and can I track it?
Submit a support request through the Help Center’s support or Contact Us form. After submission you should receive a confirmation and details for tracking your request via the support portal or email updates.
If you don’t receive a confirmation, check your spam folder or contact support directly for status on your ticket.
What should I do if the Help Center doesn’t open or I suspect a system outage?
If the Help Center won’t open, first try refreshing the page or signing out and back in. Check any available system status or outages page linked in the Help Center or support communications for known issues.
If problems persist, contact QuoteCloud support directly so they can confirm service status and help you continue building quotes and proposals with minimal disruption.
