The Product Catalogue will automatically refresh to display only products that belong to the selected category.
Where is the Product Categories panel located?
The Product Categories panel is in the left-hand navigation of the Product Catalogue. To reach it, go to Libraries > Products and look at the left column where the category tree is shown.

You can filter by any category in the tree, including subcategories. Expand parent categories in the Product Categories panel to reveal and select subcategories; selecting a subcategory refreshes the catalogue to show only products in that subcategory.
Why should I filter products by category in QuoteCloud?
Filtering products by category speeds up product discovery and makes catalogue management easier—especially useful when building quotes or proposals. For teams using sales quoting software or sales proposal software, category filters reduce time spent searching for items and help ensure accurate line-item selection in your quote software or proposal software.
Can I access the QuoteCloud Help Center from any page?
Yes. The Help Center is accessible from within QuoteCloud across the app. If you need step-by-step guidance on product catalogue features, filtering, or other functions of our quote and proposal software, open the Help Center from the in-app help icon or navigation menu.
What resources are available in the Help Center?
The Help Center includes step-by-step guides, FAQs, video walkthroughs, troubleshooting articles, and links to training materials. It covers core workflows for our sales quoting software and sales proposal software, integrations, and account management.
How do I submit and track a support request?
Open the Help Center and use the ‘Submit a support request’ or ‘Contact support’ option to create a ticket. After submission you can track the status of your request via the Help Center ticketing interface—look for the support or my-requests section to view updates and responses.
What should I do if the Help Center won’t open or I suspect a system outage?
If the Help Center doesn’t open, first try refreshing your browser or clearing cache and cookies. If the problem persists, check any service status page or announcements within QuoteCloud (or your admin dashboard) for known outages. If no outage is reported, submit a support request via email or the app and include screenshots, the page URL, and exact steps to reproduce the issue.
